NiKe SHoX yeaRLy

The technology of Shox for Nike has been notice since 1984. It was inspired by an indoor running track at Havard University. This first Shox prototype was used to figure out the finest spring rate. Although its awkward and heavy metal support improved runner's functioning.

As years went on until the 1990's, there were attempts for durability, comfort, and stability. In 1990, Nike finally successfully formed the technology of Shox. Fresh, high tec, elevated sturdiness materials created a leaf spring obsolete and formed the current style; four soften columns between two elastic plates. In 2001, Nike first released the Shox based sneaker.

More years to come, the technology of Shox will build and build until there is no more idea for it..........................................
